The hotel had great location so close to mumbles, and the other places of interest, the city center and railway station and the beach side.

The a nice size and well laid out room had all the necessary facilities, coffee, tea/coffee, and a kettle. The food on offer at vegetarian breakfast was excellent. Hotel's location was excellent and perfect, very close to all seafront. The service was all in all exceptional. The staff was pleasant, really helpful, and everything was incredible.

Guest room was modern and compact. The room had central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and television. The location was good and beautiful and beds were very comfy. We had goodies and coffee at Taylor's cafe, it was located close to the venue.

I've had a very nice stay for my holiday. It was spotless place, staff were caring, and I enjoyed my neat room. The hotel had a magnificent location near Swansea Crown Court. The hotel was situated 300 metres from the bus stop.
Breakfast, it was awful, could be better.

Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Swansea. I thoroughly enjoyed this great place, stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast had brilliant choices and there were tea, fruit juice, toast, cereals and fruit.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a nice stay for my holiday. I loved compact room on a tray in my bedroom and the staff were fairly friendly and pleasant. Essentials that you need, such as a small refrigerator, tea/coffee, and a kettle, were there.
